Justin M. English has extensive experience representing individuals and corporate clients in a variety of employment and family-based immigration matters. Justin’s practice involves a wide range of complex immigration issues related to nonimmigrant visas, family-sponsored immigrant petitions, including green cards, visas, and citizenship/naturalization, employment, entertainment, and investor applications, removal/deportation proceeding defense, I-9 compliance audits, adjustment of status, asylum and immigration appeals, and petitions for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (“DACA”).

Justin advises employers on all aspects of visas for new hires and green card sponsorship for retention of their current employees. Justin also represents individuals in obtaining the appropriate visas for their specific needs, as well as drafting applications and preparing clients for legal permanent residence and citizenship/naturalization. Justin works with clients to devise strategies so that they can successfully navigate career changes, reunify with family members, and overcome grounds of inadmissibility by utilizing waivers.

Prior to joining Hartington King English, LLC, Justin worked in the Philadelphia office of an Am Law 100 firm and for a regional firm where he represented major insurers and policyholders in litigation over high face value insurance policies related to property and casualty and life insurance disputes, handled other complicated insurance coverage issues, as well as a variety of other complex civil litigation matters.

Justin previously served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County. Following his clerkship, Justin worked as a Deputy Attorney General in New Jersey.
