Eileen S. King English practices immigration law exclusively. Eileen’s practice is focused on corporate and family-based immigration matters, including complex persuasive waivers of inadmissibility, PERM, H-1B, and L-1. Eileen also focuses on J-1 Conrad-30 waivers for New Jersey physicians. Eileen is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, and she serves on the Executive Committee of the Immigration Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Eileen is also a member of the New Jersey chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She formerly served on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics District IX Fee Arbitration Committee. Eileen has been ranked by Chambers and Partners as Up and Coming in the field of immigration law 2020-2023. Eileen lectures frequently on topics related to immigration. Eileen is fluent in Spanish.
